Our Hiring Practices

Our hiring pipeline includes peer interviews followed by a leadership board interview with a technical challenge.

 

New hires are all placed in a 6-month introductory period with mutually agreed, clear and achievable goals in order to remain at ATG.  All ATG personnel are hired as and remain 'at-will' employees after the introductory period
